    Type of diabetes:
    Type 1
    Treatment type:
    Insulin
    Medication:
    Novorapid & Levemir
    Exercise:
I'm not a huge fan of exercise, I'll be honest! My body thanks me for having a dog because it means I'm forced to go out!
    Likes:
I'm in love with junk food but I like being low-carb and healthy. Battle!
Recently started my adventure of better self-care.
Diagnosed 11 years ago, burnt out a good few years ago.
My last hba1c was >14%, or over 130, so I'm in serious need of a change.

Instagram is disasterdiabetic, always blogging about our lovely condition. And always looking for dia-buddies!
