I think I’ve definitely struggled not having a usual checkup but I know that is no excuse as they’re always on the end of the phone willing to help. Just need to remind myself to do it [emoji28]

I'm Dan and I was diagnosed back in 2001 when I was 4 and I'm now 20 and basically had diabetes since I can remember.
Wouldn't say my control is amazing but I get by, would love to get to know some other young T1s and how they cope aswell as making some friends :)
So the past few days I've had some higher than normal blood sugars. I use my normal correction ratio however due to the ketones that I had my blood sugars won't drop down to desired levels. So I was wondering how others would counter this? Would you give extra insulin or would you do more...
