Hi to all. Pre diabetic here. Last few days I have no energy at all. Whilst I'm following the low carb diet yesterday and the day before I fell a bit of the wagon and ate bread and rice. Blood sugar's yesterday were 8.4 after eating. 5.2 before. Today they dropped a little after food to 6.6...

Morning. Axsilly question but are carrots bad for us. Just checked the carb level and it's pretty high.

Bread was my weakness and still is but I don't have that luxury now to have it every day.

Yup thought it was the bread. I'm taking Metformin twice per day.

Pre diabetes here. Bad day today. I over ate on chocolate and carbs. Sharing this to make myself feel guilty and to make myself not do the same thing tomorrow.

Thank you. I totally agree diet is the key. Just downloaded a two week low card diet plan. Gonna give it a try maybe if I prepare and plan in advance it will encourage me to stick to it.

44 I think. My doc decided to start me on met. I guess due to my size and high xholesteeol. It made a huge difference I might asd. Have lots more energy.

Hi guys. Pre diabetic here on metformin A big chap at 161 kilos I need to loose the weight. Any suggestions been online and got loads of conflicting advice from reading. Know portion size has to change. I also work 4 night shifts per week so not easy then. Thank you
