AZ Vaccine and Blood Sugar Levels

Is it just a coincidence, or has anyone else noticed that their blood sugar levels dropped slightly, for a short time, after a shot of the AZ Covid-19 vaccine? I have had both doses and noticed the same thing after each dose - dropped from 6.5 ish to 5.9 ish. If there is a link, does anyone have...

Hi Thank you for the very informative reply. I never realised pain or stress raised BG levels. I'll hope my low BG levels stay low.

A technical question on blood sugar measurements

Hi I am trying to understand my blood tests and sugar levels. I eat fairly healthily, am not over weight, but I do graze, and always have. My blood tests, as measured in HbA1c, come out at 4.9 so I am told I am pre-diabetic and very nearly diabetic. My own blood tests, with a Contour next test...

    Testing

Hi I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and wish to prevent it getting worse. As I am not yet diabetic I don't get all the medical attention that people with diabetes get. I want to be able to monitor my blood sugars levels but not necessarily very often and have no idea which system is...
