Anyone else find they have a snack before bed?

I was panicking as it was after 11 o clock when it happened and I was like I might just have to stay up and read my book to calm my nerves. Ended up watching the Libre app and saw the readings going down and was just hoping everything was going to be ok.

I gave 7 units of NovoRapid instead of my Lantus last night by accident but realised immediately afterwards so started eating a shortbread traybake. Blood sugar went below 5 twice last night so took dextrose to fix it.

Has anyone given the wrong Insulin by mistake?

I am considering changing to an electric toothbrush but am curious to see what other people’s views are on the subject. My dentist did mention that diabetes can have an effect on your teeth and I have bridge at the back of my teeth so wondered if the electric toothbrush could cause any issues.

My new replacement sensor arrived yesterday.

So do you know when the insulin is going into your stomach with the pump? I like going to the Health Suite so that would be something o would have to consider if I were to get the pump. How long does a pump last?

Does it affect you when you have a shower or in water?

So how long does it take to get used to the pump?

Is it uncomfortable to sleep on? Do you know if the insulin isn’t working properly?

Is the Pump any good? Would it be worth getting? Is it Reliable?

Phoned Abbot and they are sending out a new replacement sensor. Thank you for your help.
