Hi to all, My blood sugars range from 5.6 to 8.9 still low and still loosing weight after all this time. I have been discharged from hospital diabetes clinic back to the doctors so hopefully will stay this way for good now. I love having smaller meals and a smaller me. I feel so much better...

Hi to all, I got a letter from hospital saying that my A1c is now 8.5 which is better than it was in my last A1c results. Better in fact for the past 2 years just by eating healthily. I am really pleased to have made so much progress and feel a lot better for it. Diligent500
