    Type of diabetes:
    Don't have diabetes
    Treatment type:
    Diet only
Steroid creams for years (eczema). Doesn't get into the blood stream, you say?
Swimming, SCUBA diving, walking. Also live on top floor in a block of flats with no lift, so checking the post counts as exercise!
Fish watching on a dive and other nice things
    Bad manners, noisy neighbours
Not diabetic, but perhaps 'metabolically challenged'. I get spikes, I get lows. Makes a sterling 'average'... :dead:
My passion for diving will keep me on the correct path :)

Apr 2017 - 75 kg (after working away and living on junk for 6 months)
Aug 2017 - 63 kg (LCHF and IF)
