- Steroid creams for years (eczema). Doesn't get into the blood stream, you say?
- Exercise:
- Swimming, SCUBA diving, walking. Also live on top floor in a block of flats with no lift, so checking the post counts as exercise!

- Fish watching on a dive and other nice things
- Dislikes:
- Bad manners, noisy neighbours
Not diabetic, but perhaps 'metabolically challenged'. I get spikes, I get lows. Makes a sterling 'average'...
