But i got easily fed up of that ...
Right now i am trying to focus more on aerobic exercises because my elbow will hurt if i do anything with weight :)

i am planning to start by simply walking , and jogging in the beginning ... maybe 20 minutes or 30 minutes early in the morning ....
i used to workout in the gym but after developing...
I have been feeling kind of really weak for a while ...
then i started drinking this protein powder mix every morning ...
and i feel better ....
my weight has been going down a bit too ...
yesterday i checked my weight and it was only 73 kilograms ...

The best thing i could think of was cutting rice as much as possible as a first step ...
I had lunch today an hour ago and i avoided rice this time ... I ate some wheat chappathis and vegetables ... and i feel good after avoiding rice...

This time i simply ate some Oats , 1 egg omelette , A boiled banana ... And a glass of protein powder for diabetes patients ...
My plan is to completley avoid rice ....
I am going to replace the rice during lunch times too with wheat...
