    5.5 libre. yesterday was the last day of the swimming pool regular hours. its now onto its new winter timetable. fri 2-5pm. sat 12-4. closes altogether directly after new year until somepoint in april easter holidays :( will still be swimming later today :) heading to mainland for late...

    For lows carry lift/dextrose tablets alternatively jelly babies or small can coke/fresh orange juice anything that is 'fast carbs' (High sugar content) It could be worth speaking to DSN regarding doseage advice alongside keeping a diary of foods consumed and any exercise.

    6.2 just before breakfast New libre sensor old was actually difficult to get off stuck well solid was a first being fairly hard to remove. Never had it come off like that before. Out a wee walk meeting relatives on mainland later lunch likely going to be a coffee due to their choice of eatery

    Insulin dosage

    Cgm sensor skin issues

    i was advised to use moisturiser on the area's cocunut butter or simular a couple of days prior to inserting the new sensor and to make 100% sure using alcohol wipe thats its all washed off and dried fully, otherwise may not stay on properly. could try that alongside the above.

    so many things can effect glucose levels. effects everyone differently, theres also the liver which likes to dump glucose when it thinks body is a little low (for it). i'd certainly count the stairs as exercise :) have my upmost respect with that :) well done.

    just a few comments asking what libre sensor when spotted it on arm. Was whilst staying recently at a hotel with pool, went swimming and was asked if was sure was ok wouldnt reacte with chorline in water etc the attendant every so often popped across to ensure was ok every 15-20 mins. one...
