Hi mate... i did muay thai for 3 years all the time i was t1, it may be that ur kikboxin is more aneaerobic and causes sugar spikes from liver... same way weight lifting causes bs to rise... im thinkin that football would cause ur bs to drop rather than spike as more aerobic... you may have alot...
Hi @Robbity i use a blood meter alot more accurate! i drink alot of water and have come to know that more water dilutes ketones therefore givin inaccurate readings...
U mean when you measure for ketones? (1-3) ye thats optimal ketosis if thats what u mean... and i have coconut oil every day at brek 30g... so how long till you showed ketones? And what was your insulin doses like?
