I was picky like you and over the last month I have discovered how much I love a salad. One day it will tuna salad another day chicken salad and sometimes I add a sneaky pizza. It never the same twice. Food can bring fun again

I'm having the opposite problem. My levels are going up Even though I m eating less and drinking more

Mines doing ok at the moment. What can happen to it

I just couldn't live without a slice of white toast in the morning. So that's my treat for the day. Just doesn't taste as nice on brown bread
