I'd suggest changing the insulin pen/cartridge to see if that makes any difference.

Thyroid and Vitamin D are blood tests I'd be asking for, if the surgery hasn't already tested them. I'd suggest asking for a drs appointment to discuss your tiredness, especially if it's not normal for you, as it can be caused by many things, not just diabetes.

Infection can raise blood sugar as well. It would be worth asking your specialist about this today, in case you need antibiotics.
