thanks for all the help i just get abit worried after reading the label that comes with the metformin then thats it i wont take it ,my gp has said i need to be taking it . at the moment im trying to controll with food which isnt to bad but thay sometimes go high ! and i no it isnt good for you...

no it don;t tell you its from the bakery in tesco so not sure if it full of carbs it doent evern say ithe ingridants on it faye :roll:
