Hello everyone once again!
I currently have funding from my GP for the Libre and also funding from my hospital for the pump. I'm still on trial with the pump but it's looking very likely that I will be keeping it.
I'm now looking at moving out from home. Ideally I want to move out of Cornwall...
So my levels are back to normal all of a sudden so there doesn't appear to be a pump problem. The only thing I have changed is the location of my infusion set.
I tried it for the first time on my leg to give my stomach a break and that seems to be where the issue started. Put it back on my...
Ok, guys, I'm having some big issues lately and just wondering of anyone has any advice while I wait for my nurse to get back to me after the weekend.
Currently on a six month pump trial and I need to get my a1c down to 66 to be able to keep it. It's gone well so far, I had my first a1c test...
I found this on their website regarding the manual:
There are a few different ways to get the user manual. We highly recommend you to read it before you use it in the first time.
1. You can scan the QR code on the MiaoMiao2 box.
2. you can find it at the bottom of our home page.
3. Download it...
I don't have a smartwatch at the moment but have always been tempted by one. Does it only work on specific watches? I have an Android phone, specifically Samsung, so have only looked at the Samsung Gear Watches.
Thanks for the advice, everyone! I went ahead and bought a MiaoMiao so now I just need to sit and wait. It's the alarms that I'm interested in more than anything. Sometimes, highs and lows can evade my attention at work so they'll come in really handy. Excited to give it a go!
You can buy it directly from https://miaomiao.cool/.
It looks simple enough to setup, just stick it to the sensor and your arm and there's a choice of 3rd party apps that should just pick it up automatically via bluetooth. I'd suggest having a read of the website, that's where I'm getting most...
Hello! I've seen so many people mention the MiaoMiao to be used with Libre sensors and I've always been interested in it. I'm about ready to bite the bullet and buy one but it's a fair bit of money to spend out for me. I'd just like to get opinions from anyone who has the MiaoMiao, or even just...
Day 1 success! I cooked up an egg and bacon muffin last night and then warmed it for breakfast this morning. 25g of carbs and ate around 20 minutes after injecting. I started on 7.2 when I woke up and never went above 11 after eating. No real spike at all and I had my best day ever today...
I much prefer eating in the morning. I wake up feeling hungry and don't really want to wait until lunch. I'm gonna give different breakfasts a go and see how if it makes a difference.
Thanks for the suggestion!
