Hi all, I know this has been asked before but am unable to fund the thread. I am due to fly to Cyprus but was wondering if people disconnect their pump while taking off and landing as have heard that the pressure change can result in insulin being pushed through. Any hints would be great

All the data is stored on the pump, when you pair the handset to the pump the data should be there! This is what happened to me!

Thanks for the reply and snapsy it was the strips and they think it was the meter. My old profile was JimC and you have helped me in the past with canula sites but for some reason my old profile has disappeared! I have my new handset and all working now but did take about 2 hours to sort out.

Hi all, a while ago (on a different username which seems to have vanished hence why I am using this one) I had a problem with my handset for my pump. Roche replaced it and all seemed fine. Well my new handset has had problems with power and test strips and have to say Roche have sent me another...

Love the insight but its my 1st pump so have nothing to compare it to. I have had to get the hanset replaced but roche did this withing 24hours and had a few issues with bubbles bit apart from that all good.
