When following the Lchf diet to control Blood sugar is it stl effective if you don't get the recommended amount of protein or too much?

I know someone with T1 Low blood sugar who don't make insulin so they have to have insulin given to them to survive.What i don't understand is why do they usually lose about 15-20 years off their life span if they are getting their insulin and that's supposed to keep them alive...so why should...

I was told only green bananas as they are less sweet but i hate green ones and their my favourite fruit of all i rarely touch fruit.

I can't afford to test and test i pay for my own strips and meter i'm on Benefits with Socialphobia and Depression i can't keep buying them

I have had nothing only good advice it's just this Lactose free milk.I decided get one carton with my ordinary milk just to see if i like it and i read on here it was better for Diabetes so i got it and i googled it and it said it was sweeter than ordinary milk but yet the label shows it's carb...

I have just wasted £2.00 on a carton of Lactose free Milk bcos someone on here told me it was better for Diabetics.....i haven't yet tried it but nothing online says it is.It says it tastes sweeter than normal Milk which is probably fine if you got low blood sugar but i did say i am T2 High...

It's brill why axe it they can get some more good characters can't they?

Why though....i mean why does it not fit in with their world view?
