- Recently (January 2020) taken up swimming as I am unable to walk far.
65 in July. Morbidly obese for over 20 years.
Diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica in May 2016.
Started Intermittent Fasting around the same time but saw little results as I was taking 18mg Prednisolone.
Diagnosed in April 2019 with Type 2 D
Almost 4 years on and I am down to 7mg steroids.
Have now added Low Carb to our normal Intermittent Fasting and am hooping to see some results over time.
I feel a lot better than I did 2/3 years ago and am looking forward to improving on that.Interact
