    I need help I think. I went to Carb Manager last night for the first time and loaded up all that we'd eaten for the day. I am not good with weighing/calculating/figures and am not sure if I am doing wrong here. If I am doing wrong, can someone tell me what I need to adjust (in easy language) Merci

    Buttery Cauliflower mash recipe.

    Over the weekend I was given some a large Wild Boar fillet. Will be shoving it in the oven soon and hope I cook it correctly. It's leaner than pork. Having a major hunger morning today.

    Really enjoying Cauliflower in this diet. The rice was okay....but the mash is wonderful and will make Cauliflower Cheese today as an alternative.

    Dinner (middayish) Chipolatas, Shredded cabbage seasoned and fried in butter, Mushrooms fried in butter and leftover mashed cauli and sauce from yesterday.

    Chicken Breast with skin from roast chicken. Cauliflower mash with Mascarpone, Butter, Parmesan and seasoning. Curried sauce with, coconut milk, Mascarpone and cream. I get the impression I am enjoying this more than OH is :D Supper: Mozzarella Tomato salad, Avocado, Slice of ham wrapped...

    Lunch today, 2 halves Avocado stuffed with Mascarpone cheese and crushed walnuts. 8 pieces of bacon wrapped cheese. Tonight, Organic, grass fed Pork shoulder chop, full fat Creamed Spinach with cream and Mascarpone, Brussels fried in butter and Lardons. Yum :)

    16 hours fasting and sorry, 8 hours eating window. I meant 16:8 and got muddled with 5:2 Doh!

    We had lasagne today as I'd promised to make it for lunch to take to daughter's new house. I'm not going panic. Have lost 1 kilo since a couple of weeks ago however worryingly have gained a Visceral Fat point! Hope that balances out soon.

    No, I have been on steroids for the same time I have been an IF, so put weight on. Blood sugar remains stable with meds and I don't check it myself but have regular blood tests. Looking forward to discovering (fingers crossed) that cutting carbs will cause some weight loss but also, more...
