Amlopodine. Started on Mentiform but had to stop after 4 days, hopefully temporarily.
    Exercise:
As much as my body will allow. Presently walking only and not very far. Had to stop cycling and rowing when diabetes fatigue set in.

    Walking, domestic chores, social activities.

    Inactivity
In hindsight the condition has been progressing for the past year. I thought the fatigue would go away but a back strain episode in September spiralled it down and I went to the doc. Blood tests showed BG level of fasting 6.9 and A1c level of 54, neither of them particularly high but the fatigue and blurred vision is very high. Formally diagnised 1 Nov 2019
