  • Hi KMPMBA - I have also been pre diabetic for many years. I read what you eat for 2 meals, and both included bread. Try eating the same meal without bread, pasta, sugar or processed carbohydrate. Are you snacking? That will also cause your blood sugar to rise. WHEN you eat is just as important as WHAT you eat. I have been intermittent fasting for the past 2 years and it works for me.
