    Good site for LCHF

    Thanks Modesty 007. I'm newly diagnosed type 2 (6 weeks) and the first trial and error diet I have tried is the HFLC diet. Its just been such a help in getting my BG down, but I need more info to feel convinced that it wont be detrimental to my slightly raised cholesterol level. Thanks again .
