I agree entirely. But I’m also aware that affection and love are built on emotional love, silent love, and physical love. Silent love being the little things you do for your SO every day that they may not realize

They basically just said to monitor my sugars consistently and take my insulin before I eat and not during/after

I hope you don’t mind me asking, but why haven’t you learned to count carbs or figured out your ratio yet?

Indeed! Over the years I’ve just memorized the carbs in most foods haha
