Do you only use it for keytone's ?

Have anyone else been changed to this meet recently. I hate it, it needs a much larger sample of blood than my previous meter, I’m wasting so many test strips with errors it’s ridicules. And you have to be so precise at getting the blood lined up correctly. Is it just me ?

Its been ok, had tuna and egg salad for lunch and it was 11.5 just after. Just got back from a walk across campus for a meeting and its now down to 6.1, so I may even be able to have a biscuit before I finish work :-)

Working from home is not easy and I had meetings on campus this afternoon :-(

Thanks Muneeb, That's kind of what I was thinking I don't take my second dose until about 11 at night, so will just take a couple of units less tonight in case. I am very hypo aware so will know if I start going to low in enough time to deal with it, so think I will give it a go.

So I've messed up, got to work and had my breakfast but when i went to take my insulin (Novarapid) i realised the pen was empty and i didn't have a spare with me. For my slow acting I take Levimer as a split does morning and night, i cant get home to get more Novarapid until at least 6 oclock...
