Hi. I'm another Byetta user, I'm still on the 5 dose, and have been for three months at the end of April. I also take 2000mg of Metformin and half a Gliclazide a day. I've had my form through from the nurse for my HBA1C, and I've started taking things a bit more seriously this last two weeks...

It's not quite as nice as pitta - but houmous with carrot sticks is quite yummy :)

KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken - or as my friend calls it "Unlucky Fried Kitten". I have to be 'in the mood' for KFC, but I find it makes me very thirsty, and I feel 'hungover' after eating it. I think a drumstick alone has 180 calories.

I have a Berocca every day, and I have found that I tend to avoid a lot of the 'bugs' that fly around our office. It could be coincidence, but I'll stick with it.

As the title says :D I'm a Quantity Surveyor in construction. It's not a bad job, and I normally enjoy it - just not on Monday mornings!! What does everyone do? Does it impact on your diabetes at all? Mine doesn't really seem affected, as I'm either sat at a desk or out measuring.

Brought up in Kent, moved around with job (work in Construction). Settled in Derbyshire for a bit, married an Essex boy, and now live very close to Lakeside shopping centre (yuk). :D
