Would like to know how others manage with both conditions.

I'm Type 2, my blood sugar is anything from 8 upwards, no carbs and I do my own blood sugar levels four times a day.

Anyone on here from the Isle of Wight?

Was started on Insulin in December,how long does it take for blood sugar to return to normal. Type 2, low carbs.

Thank you for your reply xfieldok. I am confused, on how to use the forum, food, diabetic nurse said not to much carbs or fruit, I guess everyone's situation is different with what we can have. I'm losing weight, which I will have to discuss on the 5Jan21 as I don't need to as I'm 8st 12.
