Thanks Hiitsme, luckily for me I am not new to Low Carb diets. but to get where I want to me I am having to go Low Low Carb. but I am hoping that when things have stabilised I can be a little bit more carefree with my diet and allow a bit more starchy veg into the mix.

Thanks Rachox for your information. OK that is encouraging, like you I tend to repeat meals so eventually I hopefully will be able to test less frequently. It all seems a bit eratic at the moment sometime blood sugar goes down when I test 2 hours post a meal... but I expect it will settle down...
