I am the carer of my 80 years old early diabetic father. I am very glad that what i learn here has put his hbac at 4.7, fbg between 5.6-5.8 currently and maintaining well with only diet intervention. His doctors were very pleased and surprised because they has no idea how he achieved it.Interact
