    Not sure about you but the almond milk (3g carbs/100ml) doesn’t spike me. Semi skimmed milk would a lot which happens to be one of my favourite drinks The non-sweetened almond is undrinkable and I’d rather drink black (which is what I do mornings and evenings due to intermittent fasting)
