I like to have a slice of Hi-Lo or LivLife toast with my egg and bacon breakfast. I am going on holiday in France soon and staying in rented apartments. Does anyone know if either of these loaves or something similar are available in supermarkets in France?

We have a top quality local butchers, unfortunately they make Waitrose prices look reasonable, £20 wouldn't buy enough meat for the weekend.

I don't understand this. The liver absorbs glucose and stores it as glycogen or fat. If this action was hindered by alcohol surely blood glucose would rise as less would be removed by the liver. Perhaps alcohol prevents the liver from releasing glucose from its stores but why would it release...

As far as I know there has been no "adjustment" of the vaccine for different strains, although there may be in the future. The vaccination is a course of two jabs. The third, and possible fourth, jabs are boosters to counteract the effect of the immunity waning.

Hi @IJessWonder, If you haven't already done so, I suggest you register with your doctor for on-line results or at least get them to give you a print out. This avoids any doubt about test result figures and their units.
