Try not to get too hot! Cool floors or even walls help me - get twitchy feet and cramps! Try running cold water on wrists and ankles x

Jelaca I've been there and the one thing I would say is that once your sugars are sorted you will feel so much better and realise how rubbish you probably feel at the mo! I believe you can do it, make a fresh start and take one day at a time xx

Did they taste good? There are some nasty after tastes in products over here, diabetic chocolate for instance bleughhhhh! And always the risk of the runs!!!!

Sorry I know this is probably not what you want to hear but personally I hate 'diabetic' food and ovoid it at all costs :-(
