    Peanut butter? Why didn't I think of peanut butter? That's a great idea! I melt the chocolate in microvawe and add Cinnamon Soy milk Flax seeds And that's all. I shoul add peanut butter asap. Thank you

    Lindt has a great variety of cholocate. I sometimes add 1-2 squares of Lindt figue intense to my oatmeal. It makes it all different.

    So Confused about diet

    Increasing fats seems to be the best answer. He can apply a low carb high fat diet. He should eat lots of healthy fats (avocado oil, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, seeds etc.) along with a limited amount of carbos.
