Newchapter

Hey, hi. I have moved from the pre stage with somewhat high numbers to actual high numbers stage. Adapting to realization that not only do I actually have Diabetes 2, seems my body has been recognizing it for several years now. I have learned so much that I did not know so quickly in this past week, since the dx. My mother passed last summer, complications from Diabetes 2. Family did not know many of her symptoms were actually Diabetes related. I am now aware that I have Mixed Hyperlipidemia - genetic disorder (Diabetes 2) passed down through family members. Her father, two brothers and herself all had Diabetes 2
I want to learn much more about Diabetes and looks like this may indeed be a place where I can learn more and rapidly. Thank you to all who have gone before and left information.
