I sometimes do a two or three day fast. I am wondering if this is counterproductive for weight loss. I have heard that if your body goes into hard core starvation mode ,then when you do eat again your body will try to store every bit of energy it can as fat.
Anyone agree or disagree with that?
Medication is good when it is necessary, but if there is a way to do it naturally I always prefer it.
