Got a bunch of strips the other day, so back on testing.
Was a 6 this morning and 6.4 yesterday, which is slightly on the high side for me.
I have experimented with fenugreek seeds, but not for blood sugar levels - rather cholesterol.
I used the soak method you mentioned above with water. I also used crushed seed powder which was very nasty tasting but I persevered for a bit.
Although it made me smell like maple syrup it did...

You can 'mix it up' occasionally by adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. Variety is the spice of life.

Try this.
Snap a small piece off a 70% or 85% cocoa choc bar (I like Aldis one), then break this piece into smaller pieces and throw into a saucepan with half a cup of milk and half a cup of water. Let it boil, stirring occasionally to help the choc dissolve in the milk and stop little bits...
