Is any one nil my mouth? Fed via peg through the stomach, has insulin twice a day, test three times a day. Just want to know what blood sugars are.

Thank you. I will speak to dietitian. have had different feeds as the first one made me vomit. lucky it was in hospital in front on doctors!! they did something pretty quick!! Hope your daughter is ok too. What happened that she has a peg. I have had one since my op on 25 jan this year...

Thank you, yes it is when tube goes in the stomach. Am diabetic type 2 at the same time inject with pen twice a day! Am seeing dietitian tomorrow so will talk with her.

I had that problem was given blood test followed by iron from the doctors but I was feed by peg and had surgery so it could of been that that did it for me. So yes go to your doctor.

I have put on weight with insulin I am peg fed with only yoghurt or custard three times a day but have put on a few lbs I suppose I will have to reduce my intake of 'food' or try to increase exercise? My doctor has decreased my insulin only by 1 as I keep getting low readings. I take two...
