Hi All Today I tried making the above breakfast taken from the 30 day meal plan that is advertised on the homepage. I followed the recipe to the letter but it came out as thick as wallpaper paste. It says 300g of dried polenta. I am thinking it should have said 30g. Has anyone made this?

Omg, my existing injections (bydureon) have been discontinued, replacement sent today, look at the size, i can't use these, firstly don't understand instructions, secondly for someone with a needle phobia, they are just so big - 26cm!!! Has anyone else had these new ones, and can you use them...

I was diagnosed about 4 years ago. I am on gliclazide and weekly injections. I am struggling knowing what to eat, and what levels of sugars/carbs should be in the foods i eat. I have had a few hypos and hypers and found them very hard to deal with.
