    Omg, my existing injections (bydureon) have been discontinued, replacement sent today, look at the size, i can't use these, firstly don't understand instructions, secondly for someone with a needle phobia, they are just so big - 26cm!!!     Carbs or sugars??

    I was diagnosed about 4 years ago. I am on gliclazide and weekly injections. I am struggling knowing what to eat, and what levels of sugars/carbs should be in the foods i eat. I have had a few hypos and hypers and found them very hard to deal with.

    Is there an ICE app that shows current data on Lock screen?

    I have just a normal Sony Xperia phone and although no app, in my contacts, I found that once I put a contact under as ICE, then in settings, I could add extra health info and it can be accessed from the locked screen, hope this helps

    If you are as terrified as i am ask your gp for some emla cream. It's an anaesthetic and 100% effective. It totally freezes the area and is the only thing that gets me injecting. Good luck
