Bread per slice (homemade) <2 gr carb.
Pizza is chaffle (1 egg, 60 gr shredded mozzarella) with homemade tomato sauce, pepperoni)

Low Carb (<50 gr) and 16 hours fasting every day.
Blood glucose normally below 6 mm/l on wake up 4.8 mm/l.
3-month average 5.7 mm/l. BMI 23.
I make my own bread, all the ingredients can be obtained from Amazon.co.uk.
One loaf should last a week (in the fridge).
It is very good, and 2 grams of carb per slice.
