Not sure if this has been mentioned before - I used to buy the low carb seeded rolls from Lidl, but since they were discontinued I have been searching for bread comparably low in carbs. I even made my own which was low carb but had a funny aftertaste (although toasted fine)
I’ve recently ordered some bread and rolls from The Low Carb Food Co and the bread is so tasty you wouldn’t know it wasn’t “normal bread” it’s a bit pricey but you do get a lot of slices in a loaf and the rolls are big so can only eat one! They don’t seem to spike my glucose either. Carbs are 1.4g of carbs per roll and bread slices are 0.4 - 0.6 grams of carbs.

I make my own bread, all the ingredients can be obtained from Amazon.co.uk.
One loaf should last a week (in the fridge).
It is very good, and 2 grams of carb per slice.
Try it.

Here is the video on how to make it.
Youtube has lots of bread recipes.

Thank you......this looks like a better recipe than the one I have, so I’ll give it a try.

Can you make them in a bread maker?
