Fantastic idea @Avocado Sevenfold , it looks really good too! You could also do it as a small parcel shape too I'd imagine, using 2 slices - mini low carb 'enchiladas'? Or stack a few together with appropriate stuff in between to make 'quasedillas'? Not sure I've spelled that right!

that's really encouraging results. I'm seriously considering replacing some of my weekday breakfasts with a suitable drink, as I'm not motivated to make anything in the morning, and rarely have time either. A quick zap with a blender, than out the door with the 'meal' would suit me quite well...

I thought that recipe looked really good - was it one of @WhitbyJet's recipes? A lot of the ones I've linked so far were from her :) Been a bit quiet here as home internet is down, I've been using my lunch hour to do boring things like pay bills. Should be back up by tomorrow evening...
