But I'd still like to know what could caurse this. I don't think its diabetes as my levels don't remain elevated. its went down to...

Can you use optuim plus 5 secounds in a 3 secounds optium xceed? Its just that the 5 secound ones are so much cheaper but it doesnt say anywhere whether they will workin in the 3 secound xceed.

    Is this within normal ranges?

Lol, certainly is. I've read so much stuff saying go for high carb, or high protien or high fat that I think I'm just going to eat 33/33/33 and be done with it :D

    Is this within normal ranges?

Is this because fat burns the slowest? As protien allso burns slower then carbs, shouldn't a high protrein diet slow down the carbs as well as a moderate fat intake?

Hey, thanks thats usefull. I think my blood pressure is OK, one time the doc said it was quite high. Lipids, no idea. Will def do some intensive testing once I get some more strips and experiment a little more with diet, see how a non-low fat/high carb diet goes. I think I really need to test...

    Is this within normal ranges?

Lol, it does make me look a little pedantic I know... but I did have very bad problems. I had a very low weight, days I was too tired to leave my room and the doctors had no clue. So I started to look at my diet, my fat and protien levels where very low so I boosted them to 40% and 20% I'm...

    Is this within normal ranges?

Thanks. Lol, healthy I mean no junk food. I have a 30% protien 60% carb abd 20% fat in each meal, I get my fat from seeds and nuts. In essence, mostly fruit, veg, seeds and nuts. I found sticking to a low gi diet generally stops me getting really tired.
