July 17 HbA1C 48 (6.5)- October '17 42 - Phew!!! Despite 6-7+ fasting numbers from poor sleep April '18 HbA1c = 44. July '18 (after constant high 6 /7+ morning readings) 48 again. 2 weeks later - for some reason it was 47 so off the meds hook again. Started with Indian Amla powder and Berberis Aristica - mornings now around 6.1 . November'18 HbA1C was 43 (6.1) - comment was "Improving"!!!!!!! July '19 45 (6.3) so still below the magic 6.5 which equals medication!!
