Ha im glad i wasnt the only one.When we took our youngest son to see Saints,we told him not to swear,but as we had season tickets in the Northam,he heard a lot of bad language. We eventually made a deal that he could only swear at the ref or when we played pompey.

I know what you mean.Ive never eaten anything so boring and tasteless as wholegrain rice.In fact i think the word wholegrain actually means tastes like cardboard.

As jay hay-char said above,a great win for the Saints with 3-0 against West Brom and earlier this week a 2-0 win against Watford. Thats one of the reasons i love being a Saints supporter,so many highs and lows. COYRs.

I agree with you ,that when visiting a supermarket its a nightmare knowing what you can and cannot eat. I seem to read whats in the food a lot more now,rather than just picking what i always have.When i first went to a shop after i was told i had diabetes,i thought i would be better off...
