    Thank you Denis and Saz1, I seem to be getting nowhere fast. I am going back to see my doctor and speak to her about my results and the readings from my self testing. I am just so fed up and down at the moment as my chest pains and breathlessness have come back too. I have CHD. rosenrot :(

    At last I have had the results of my second fasting blood test. It has come back saying normal!!! It might sound strange that i am slightly disappointed, as i still, have all the symptoms and my self testing averaged out at between 9 and 11. :| I have made an appointment to see my doctor...
