    20 mins yoga daily. 45-60 mins walk daily.

    Signature

    February 2020: Diagnosed Pre-Diabetic with HbA1c of 48 & 43. Also Class III Obese. Went Low Carb then Keto & IF.
    August 2020: New HbA1c of 31 + officially 'overweight' and not obese!

    Long Term Goal: lose 50kg to get into the healthy BMI range

    • 8 weeks into diet: total lost 12.1 kg
    • 15 weeks into diet: total lost 22.5 kg
    • 23 weeks into diet: total lost 32.9 kg
    • 31 weeks into diet: total lost 42.2kg
    • 36 weeks into diet: total lost 46.9kg
