Thank you guys...that really helps and i dont feel so bad now. 2 pieces of dark chocolate after 3 months of choc free time is ok (compared to daily milk and white chocolate i used to have pre diabetes).
I just ate 2 pieces of thorntons dark chocolate mint....good or bad? Does anyone else crave then instantly feel guilty after comsumption with the words 'the odd one wont hurt' floating in your head?
Ive never had itchy scalp or dandruff before being diagnosed and taking medication...thats why i thought it could be a side effect from metphormin as it started soon after taking the drug. I do change my shampoos anyway and have done so for years. #mystery
Thanks for the replies...ive checked and its not nits...i recently had a check up with doc and BG is at a good level. I will certainly look into chemical free shampoos. Itch itch!
