Hi, Definitely cut out all sugar, and even though yr veggy, do watch that the particular veg you eat is no to low carb. Also do look up The Joceylin Centre - the Americans do seem ahead of us.

It's a gastric liner (look it up on youtube, will give a better explanation then me) and stay in for a year. Much better then a gastric bypass. What's good about it, other then it helping you to lose weight, and it's only a temporary, is that apparantly it makes yr blood sugar levels go back...
