I've just had my second liver function test since I was diagnosed at Christmas. Liver function was completely normal in March, but now my bilirubin has gone up from 16 to 26umol. Everything else was normal. My ldl cholesterol has gone up slightly, not sure about blood sugar as I don't get that...

Just an update - I had my appointment with the diabetes nurse this morning and it was great! She's totally for testing and lchf, and was really supportive. She told me to go on the expert course - does anyone have any experience of this?

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling a bit brighter now, and your replies have helped me feel less isolated, so thanks again! I'm just going to concentrate on getting some questions together tomorrow to ask the nurse on Tuesday.

Metformin and 10mg citalopram for anxiety. It went off pretty quickly after I'd had lunch, so I'm starting to think it was a mild panic attack. Will definitely get a testing kit one way or another though!
