    I was told it was run by Paula Carr charity too but that I can't be included because I'm Deaf! It seems I'm forever having to make allowances for the 'hearing' such as lip reading them and they do nothing to make allowances for the Deaf. :(

    Hello all, does anyone know how people keep their calories up please on a mediterranean diet??? I'm prescribed metformin as it seems most are and so wondered if anyone knew? I've lost half a stone in a week. Any ideas please? :(

    How do you keep your sugar level stable though? Mine is all over the place. My readings over the last few days are something like, 22.3, 13.9, 9.5, 14.0 :(

    Yes Thanks hun, The Dr gave me 500mg tablets to start a fresh and build up to the full 2000mg dose over a few weeks. Thank you :)
