Hi just wondered if anyone knew of a good online carb counter/calculator, we do carb count but im not the greatest at maths and finding it hard to work out pasta and the powder sauces mixes, hoping to find an online tool give my brain a wee rest :D thanks

Hi My Son is T1 he doesnt eat pasta very often but have noticed that when he does his bs before meal is often 7 or 8, two hours after he will go down to 4, then 4 hours after his bs will spike to 15, even the next morning he is still higher than usual. Can anyone advise me what they do when...

Ewan has turkey rashers and a slice of toast, or 25g cereal the small kids boxes his bs is ok with these altho it is a small amount of cereal
